Simple Sugar Syrup


  • 115 g or generously half a cup of sugar
  • 115 ml or half a cup of water


  1. Mix both ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, and let it boil for 10 minutes. Let it cool down completely and fill syrup into clean jars or bottles.

  2. It will keep fresh in the refrigerator for about 12 weeks.
