Seven Questions to ask yourself when it’s time to wrap up. Take a moment and recap with empowering questions to ask at Year’s End. Find inspiration! –

The first cookie batches scarfed up. Playschool’s winter break around the corner. Are we really already at year’s end? Where did the last year go?

The past months have been exciting and over all too soon! Wouldn’t it be nice to have some empowering questions to ask when wrapping up? I want to end the year with some reflection so I can start the new chapter afresh and empowered.

Last year, I made new friends and met a lot of interesting people. One of them is a coach. Recently, she shared a little list of questions she uses to wrap up the work with a client. Those questions are also a great way to wrap up the year. So, I will share them with you and ask you to take a quiet moment and reflect on them.

It’s all too easy to let time slip away, always busy, always occupied. Before we know it, the vacation, the day, week, year, is over! So, please, take a little break from the daily hustle and bustle and take time to reflect.

If you are anything like me, then quiet moments are spare. Consider reflecting on one question each night. That way, you have worked your way through the questions in one week. You will embrace the new year feeling empowered!

Get rid of distractions and focus on the good things. Be prepared for bad feelings or memories coming up. Think of how you overcame, what blessing you found, or who has supported you in times of sorrow.

Here we go.

7 Empowering Questions To Ask Yourself When Wrapping Up

What did I achieve in the past year?

What was my biggest success?

What am I most proud of?

What did I learn?

What did I discover about myself?

What interesting and inspiring people have I met? What makes them special to me?

Take a quiet moment you have to yourself. Get your favorite drink and pen and paper. Or create a note in a free digital tool like Evernote. Reflect on each question and let your ideas come! Go through the year, the seasons and months. Find those precious memories. Call back the times when you had a serendipitous moment.

Take a pause and breathe deeply before you move on to the adventures to come!

You can do this! And you will.

Have a great start into the new year and please share this, if you found it helpful!
